Case Study

Success with Weatherford Oil Tools Middle East (WOTME) and ENI

TA’AZ Security has worked with Weatherford since November 2011 and over the last four years has become the prime security provider at Weatherford Rumaila Base, Rumaila Oilfield operations and Zubair Oilfield.

TA’AZ Security provides contract management staff, Fleet management, Information Manager, Operations room staff, Airport transfers, K9 services, 17 Mobile Security Teams and 490 Static Guard Force members.

All of these services were provided in accordance with the overarching International Oil Company (IOC) or Oilfield controller – BP ROO, BGC Shell or ENI. Appropriately TA’AZ Security comes under continual scrutiny to ensure contractual and procedural compliance. The outstanding performance of TA’AZ Security over the period of 2012- 2014 saw Weatherford renew and extend the contract until December 2016.

The Zubair IPF site has been built by Weatherford for ENI and was handed over in February 2016. ENI liked what they saw with TA’AZ Security at that location and invited TA’AZ to provide a security proposal. TA’AZ Security was scrutinized by ENI who were suitably impressed and have awarded the Static and Mobile Security of this site to TA’AZ Security.

It is TA’AZ Security’s commitment to building long term relationships and drive to remain the No 1 Iraqi Security provider in Southern Iraq that stops TA’AZ Security from being complacent and is always looking to meet and exceed the customer’s requirements.
